Hi I need a 2000-word case study on the attached case The Rise and Fall on Theranos. Focusing on the management theories of leadership, controlling and organisational culture leadership (NOT organising).
It needs to be in report format with the structure and format set out in the PDF attached, along with all the instructions and a checklist of what needs to be included in each part.
It is referred to in the PDF as Case Portfolio Part B, do not worry about Part A, only part B needs to be completed.

1.5 spacing
2.5 cm margin on all sides of the pages
Include page numbers
Paraphrase – limit the use direct quotes in your case study reports, only use direct quotes for
dialogue from the case study
Use professional language and carefully proofread for grammatical and punctuation errors
Please write the essay as the instructions outline in detail and follow the detailed instructions for each section along with the checklist provided. No further research on Theranos is required outside of the case study so please do not include any information out side of the case study on Theranos. 
A minimum 10 academic journal articles from the last 5 years need to be cited to provide evidence of the theory presented.
