I need to write a 2,000 page white paper about the Nomura insider trading scandal of 2012. It needs to have 5 sources and 25 citations within the paper. Please make it look like the white paper example provided, but just about the Nomura case. I have attached the example paper and the rubric to the assignment as well.

Discussion: 2-4 paragraphs that explore the ethical and policy implications of what happened. This part of the paper makes an argument about why the case is important for industry leadership to be aware of. 
Recommendations: 2-4 paragraphs that highlight steps that can be and/or have been taken to prevent a similar problem from developing again. 
Conclusion: 1 paragraph that reinforces main points about implications of the case and recommendations for the industry.
