Adhere to the Doctoral Phase 2 – Precis template found in the CDS Dissertation Guide (pg 51). Each section should be 1-2 paragraphs. You may use previous coursework when developing your dissertation phase deliverables.
Be sure to support all aspects with peer reviewed literature and include APA formatted references.
Format your paper according to APA guidelines.

I needed help understanding what changes or progress was made. From now on, the change matrix is a requirement, not an option. Your problem statement, purpose statement, and research questions are inconsistent and unaligned. In fact, did you choose the right design?
Problem Statement (pg 2 of submitted doc) – I do not understand what is the specific problem under investigation. Turnover? Absenteeism? Productivity? Workplace conflict? You have a lot happening here. Based on your purpose statement, I would limit the problem statement to “The proble is US businesses lose approximately $359 billion in paid hours due to unresolved workplace conflict, resulting in reduced productivity. Purpose Statement (pg 3 of submitted doc) – The purpose statement is not aligned to the problem statement. If this is your purpose, Nyya, then limit the problem statement to unresolved workplace conflict resulting in reduced productivity. You should add supporting statistics in your problem statement. Hypothesis Questions (pg 7-8 of submitted doc) – The research questions may or may not need to be revised. However, an alignment is not present. These hypotheses don’t follow the research question and are not written correctly, in general, for hypotheses. Review the Dissertation Guide. You want a research question for each factor (e.g., Is there a significant relationship between the frequency/severity of workplace conflcts and the productiveity metrice of financial performance? You have to show somewhere that these are actually performance metrics (absenteeism, turnover, patient experience scores)…you need ;more research on what constitutes performance metrics. (Refer to the Dissertation Guide page 31 to format research questions properly).
