Give 2 examples of how you would ask a question using this theoretical framework to gain the answers to your questions when completing a psychiatric evaluation? Be specific to the lifespan age you’ve been assigned.

4. What is the plan (with rationale) based on the theoretical framework? What is the reason you decided to take this approach with this patient?
