This assignment will give you an opportunity to explore some of the topics we have covered in this course in further detail. You will write a one-page summary of an article about new research in the field of human anatomy. -The article must be either original scientific research (science journal) or based on original research.
-If you choose to use an article that is based on original research, only use reputable news outlets. (ie no facebook articles or random unreliable websites). Look for science articles in New York Times, Washington Post, LA Times, National Geographic, Science, Scientific American etc..) If you have a question feel free to ask me if you think it is an appropriate source. The easiest way to tell is whether or not the article names the research team directly (university/organization).
-One page/Double spaced
-Do not plagiarize (copy/paste etc). If it I am suspicious I will run it through Turn-It-In. This is not worth failing the class or getting in trouble for. Write it in your own words! I do not expect you all to be anatomists or doctors so do not worry about using all the correct terminology. The goal of this assignment is to use some of the cool new stuff you have learned to understand and explore the greater field of human science.
