(authors names are Fischer and Corcoran) Review the various measures that can be used in a clinical practice and select one. Administer and score the measure – over a period of time – at least 5 times over a period of a least three weeks (once a week would be better). You can administer it to yourself or someone else you know. The choice of instruments and subject is completely up to you.
