AS Description: The purpose of this assignment is for the student to record a personal account of their learning experience and reflect upon their professional growth as it relates to the end-of-program student learning outcomes (EPSLO).
AS Instructions: The student will record how they achieved each outcome and where in their educational journey this was met. The student will explain how this objective is incorporated into their practice.

Currently a full time working RN on an intermediate step down unit working on new surgical patients. Recieved a scholarship from new jersey league of nursing to go toward my BSN funds. Was nominated employee of the month by my cowoerks, only being a new nurse.
