experience (UX) is an umbrella term that incorporates human factors,
ergonomics, human-computer interaction, and usability. Essentially, ergonomics
is fitting the job to the worker.

Consider the ergonomics within your
home while doing schoolwork or your workplace. Evaluate how you use technology
and whether you achieve a neutral, comfortable working position by completing the
computer
workstation ergonomics self-assessment checklist (on the User Experience (UX) page in the course).

chosen setting and which element(s) could be addressed to improve the
