For this discussion, you will need a traditional on-property menu to share with our discussion board (printed or photo will suffice). Please attach a photo of your menu.
During my recorded lecture on Chapter 4, I discussed best practices for designing your menu (very end of lecture). We will build on the best practices by examining the psychology of menu design. Please watch Gregg Rapp’s video below on menu psychology. Gregg is a menu design expert. While this is an old NBC news clip, the applications are still relevant to menu psychology.
Next, look at the menu you selected and analyze it using what you have learned from my lecture and Greg’s video. How would you rate the design of the menu you chose? Did it pass? Don’t forget to include a picture, file, or link to the chosen menu.
