Read George D. Wilson’s “If You Survive” LSCO-oriented small-unit leader combat memoir. Write a 3 page Book Review and Analysis using two or three Leadership Attributes and two or three Leadership Competencies from ADP 6-22 Army Leadership and the Profession (July 2019). For each Leadership attribute or competency chosen, specific instances or examples from the book should be given along with your reasoning of whyhow they reflect that particular trait.
1. Submission must be in MS Word. All other formats will not be considered.
2. Clearly identify the Attribute or Competency you are discussing. Do not waste space by defining the trait. I know what they mean.
3. No citations or bibliography required as your paper should be strictly from the book and your own insights, observations and research.
4. No title paper. In the first-page Header put your name, and title if appropriate. Example: Custer, George A. / The Benefits of a Thorough Reconnaissance
5. Standard college paper mechanics apply: 12pt font Times New Roman or Calibri, 1 inch margins, double spaced.
