Create a scholarly paper that addresses each of the following prompts using the DMSc template and follow AMA 11th ed style.
Topic: Designing a healthcare system. Use information from the texts and outside sources to design a healthcare system for a small island nation of five million people. All citizens must have access to basic healthcare. Discuss how this would be accomplished and how non-citizens would be treated in your system. Include in your discussion information about primary care access, preventative medicine, obstetrics, and special services such as surgical and oncologic procedures, and end of life care.How are patients referred from clinics to medical centers?
The paper must include at least 10 peer-reviewed and current references. Minimum length is four pages, not including title and reference pages.
Each paper must include a labeled introductory section, a discussion section, a conclusion section, and appropriate references. A title page is required. A table of contents and an abstract are not required.
