Based on your plan from Visual Art Project: Stage One, create a piece of artwork that communicates your idea. You must document your process by taking photos or screenshots of the work in progress.
Then you will create a Word document that includes photos of the process, an explanation of the tools, programs, and methods you used, and a final piece of art. Submit the document to Canvas saved as LastnameFirstname_VisualArtProject2.doc. Be sure to review the project grading rubric before submission.
Follow the process below:
1. Gather your materials and review Visual Art Project: Stage One Assignment.
2. Begin with a rough sketch. A rough sketch is more detailed than a thumbnail sketch and enables you to develop your concept. Rough sketches are beneficial for all media, including photography, collages, posters, social media banners, paintings, etc.
3. As you work, take photos and/or screenshots of the process. Visual documentation of your process is part of your grade.
4. The piece of art must be created by you. Submitting an AI design is not acceptable for this project.
5. Embed photos of the process and your final piece of art into a Word document.
6. Include a desсrіption of the tools, programs (if digital), methods, and any other relevant information about the process in the document.
