What unifies and differentiates the spirited sideline high school cheerleading and the intense, competitive world of all-star cheer?

Although all-star cheer and high school cheer both involve entertaining a crowd and similar training and practice, these two types of cheerleading have very different practice sessions, physical skills, and spirit.

In conclusion all-star cheer and high school cheer involve many like characteristics. However, each are different in many aspects.
