Objectives:
Create and present formal signed contract for the work (must be signed by all parties)
Must Include:
outline of the problem
consultants involvement and expected actions in resolving the problem
payment terms (if any)
special rules of the engagement
milestones
end dates 
evaluation methods
These items should also be outlined in a formal proposal
Assignments:
1. Submit the Signed contract using the link in Module 4 folder. Students that do not submit the assignment will receive a zero. This is a key program assessment; the results are used to ensure students are meeting program goals.  ( Submit by Sunday 11:59)
Remember to change or remove company names as these should be kept confidential.
