You will have a face-to-face meeting with the examiner: s/he will be acting as a representative of the board of directors of your chosen company. Using appropriate theory from the module, and in a professional manner, you need to analyze and discuss a company’s current 2024 situation and actions and to offer advice to the company’s board of directors regarding plausible, ethical board-level recommendations for future action relating to strategy, leadership, change and governance issues. 
Please read the instructions attached very carefully starting from the picture at the bottom. You will also see the examples of questions which you need to answer and the list of theories and concepts from which you must use your theories and concepts. At the end add two separate pages, one for the sources you used and another one for the frameworks you used. The company I was thinking about was Shell so please try to find information on them and let me know if it works.
