For this writing assignment, create an Evaluative Annotated Bibliography from the provided thesis statement and sources.
Guidelines
Normally, when creating an annotated bibliography, students write their own thesis statement and research their own sources. To speed up the process for this assignment, a thesis statement will be provided and the process of researching sources has already been done.

The thesis statement which must be used for this assignment is as follows:
Parents should vaccinate their children against childhood diseases such as measles, mumps, and rubella (MMR); diphtheria, tetanus, and pertussis (DTaP); and polio.
Sources
Select at least 6 sources from the provided sources to support the thesis statement listed above.

In this Evaluative Annotated Bibliography:
place the thesis statement at the beginning of the document (see above)
cite and write annotations for at least six sources that support the thesis statement
briefly summarize the main points of the sources’ arguments
evaluate each source’s argument
describe how each source could be used to support the thesis
Organization
When formatting the document, keep the following MLA style organization rules in mind:
List the work cited entry for the source first
Follow immediately with the annotation paragraphs of that source

Organize sources in alphabetical order by author’s last name
Submission Guidelines
Each annotation should be between 200 and 250 words.
Paper should follow basic MLA formatting rules:
1-inch margins
Double-spacing
Times New Roman, Calibri, or Arial, 12-point type
No added space between paragraphs
Appropriate heading
All paraphrases should be cited properly according to MLA rules (see Norton Ch. 15 or pp. 203-205 for assistance)
